Subway in Duren

I don't think I've ever seen such slow, bad and incompetent employees. We even ordered the food online and still had to spend over 1 hour !! wait and only ordered 2 subs. It is really impossible!

I love this subway. However, I found it a shame that the employee was very slow. I think it was because she is new 'but I'm not sure I don't want to accuse anyone ??‍♀️ That's why this time only 4 stars.

The children love a star deduction because in Corona times sales are very sluggish. Only one person for logistics, preparation and checkout. On the last visit I had 5 people 9 sandwiches in front of me and it took 27 minutes !!! until it was my turn.

2 xChicken Teriyaki ordered, both with hardly any lettuce, paprika, onions and there was only a little meat in the sandwich. 4 customers wait 50 minutes in front of me, I don't know whether it has become normal by now, it doesn't look like it always does to me, it doesn't taste like it always does. Slowly sow the woman behind the counter, I haven't been working here long. The second employee apparently came from the break while I was waiting, saw the chaos outside and disappeared into oblivion. Sorry but if there is a rush to the store you should maybe put 2 people there, especially if there is one who is still new and does not trust itself much. Customers have already left behind me because it is taking too long.

The toilet key is on the counter and is handled with the same gloves that make the sandwich, I've seen that 3 times. No thanks, then I'll go again.

3 employees behind the counter, with me there are 6 customers in the store. I have never seen such slow waitresses as in this store. I have a 45-minute break at noon and have not placed an order in the store for 28 minutes. 2 customers still ahead of me .. Conclusion I will never spend my break here again.

Best Subway staff are friendly and the sandwiches are reasonably and carefully made

I was very disappointed with the preparation of the subs. The bread was not fried and was half raw. Accordingly, the meat was not warm. The cookies were old and sticky. All in all, not a good offshoot of the chain.

I particularly like the subs in this branch, although the waiting times at lunchtime are a bit longer, which is certainly due to the local students. The staff is always friendly and the preparation is very quick and easy. I will gladly come again :)

Goods today, Monday 09.09. eat here around 4 pm The two ladies behind the counter were more than rude, on our subs everything was just blabbering, everything fell apart (see photo). The pepper can fell to the floor and then it was just "Ok, then no pepper, only salt is on it!". Cups for food give no more. The hygiene leaves a lot to be desired. Tables all dirty and the beverage edition was no longer washed away. The floor probably has not seen a wiper for weeks. And as a note at the time were with us only two other customers in the store! Should someone train the staff!

My sandwich wars not good,but I test it again in a other town

Wanted two grams more salad, because not properly to the end was occupied. The employee was absolutely unreasonable. Unfortunately failed in customer service. Despite the empty guest room, the garbage can overflowed and the toilet key lay in the middle of the service counter.

I ate a sandwich with fish, olives, tomato and ceasar sause. It was delicious. Prices are not cheap u if you think on taste/price ratio, it worths it. Give a try i would said.
